About the role

  • To enable real time portfolio management across entire R&D value chain
  • Drive implementation of one uniform resource management system across R&D to ensure greater decision-making efficiency
  • Create transparency and analysis for informed decision-making using complex data

Requirements

  • Hold a master’s degree in business, science, R&D, or any other relevant field.
  • Have a minimum of 10 years’ experience in data analysis, business analysis, and/or portfolio management.
  • Experience from the pharmaceutical industry is a big advantage.
  • Be fluent in English (both written and spoken).
  • Be proficient with IT tools (especially Power BI, Excel and PowerPoint).
