About the role
- Lead the HR service centre, ensuring efficient and high-quality delivery of HR services.
- Develop and execute a strategic roadmap for HR shared services aligned with the overall strategic direction.
- Collaborate with HR leadership, business leaders, and external vendors to ensure seamless integration and delivery of HR services.
Requirements
- At least 10 years’ experience in driving improvements, digitalization, and implementing shared services best practices.
- Minimum 5-10 years of experience leading other leaders.
- Cultural awareness, financial acumen, and a digital transformation mindset.
- Knowledge of HR technology, including HRIS, case management systems, and self-service tools.
