About the role

  • Provide legal and compliance support to Rare Disease Operations, including Commercial and Medical Affairs teams
  • Conduct legal reviews of promotional and non-promotional materials for the Rare Disease portfolio
  • Handle competitor complaints, perform legal risk assessments, and advise on marketing, market access, and disease awareness strategies
  • Support international congresses, approve promotional/medical activities, and develop training materials and marketing law sessions
  • Drive legal and compliance projects, and implement training and communication initiatives to ensure regulatory compliance

Requirements

  • A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in law
  • Minimum 7+ years of experience in the legal department of global corporations, with expertise in pharma law, legal, compliance and contracts
  • Excellent legal acumen and analytical skills
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Business ethics integrity and a service-minded approach
  • Stakeholder management and networking skills
