About the role

  • Check and respond to direct messages and comments on FB and IG promptly
  • Engage with subscribers, answer their queries, and provide information about the product
  • Maintain a polite and professional tone in all interactions
  • Actively engage with potential customers and offer them a trial lesson
  • Send follow-up messages to interested leads who haven't yet committed to a paid lesson
  • Follow the sales script and funnel to convert leads into paying customers
  • Address objections and provide additional information as needed
  • Manage social media contests on FB and IG (respond to participant queries, and select winners based on predetermined criteria)
  • Address negative comments or complaints professionally and empathetically
  • Attend team meetings and training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge
  • Follow company guidelines and policies regarding communication, sales, and customer interactions

Requirements

  • Knowledge of English (at least B2, C1+ is better)
  • Knowledge of Arabic - Advanced (at least C1/C2)
  • Experience of working in a language school welcome
  • Experienced PC user
  • Organizational skills
  • Ability to work with a lot of information
  • Responsibility and care
  • Multi-tasking
