About the role
- Check and respond to direct messages and comments on FB and IG promptly
- Engage with subscribers, answer their queries, and provide information about the product
- Maintain a polite and professional tone in all interactions
- Actively engage with potential customers and offer them a trial lesson
- Send follow-up messages to interested leads who haven't yet committed to a paid lesson
- Follow the sales script and funnel to convert leads into paying customers
- Address objections and provide additional information as needed
- Manage social media contests on FB and IG (respond to participant queries, and select winners based on predetermined criteria)
- Address negative comments or complaints professionally and empathetically
- Attend team meetings and training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge
- Follow company guidelines and policies regarding communication, sales, and customer interactions
Requirements
- Knowledge of English (at least B2, C1+ is better)
- Knowledge of Arabic - Advanced (at least C1/C2)
- Experience of working in a language school welcome
- Experienced PC user
- Organizational skills
- Ability to work with a lot of information
- Responsibility and care
- Multi-tasking
