About the role
- Conduct in-depth research on biopharma accounts
- Support market research initiatives related to biopharma trends
- Audit and validate CRM data to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Partner with Account Managers to research missing contact or account detail
- Assist with data analysis, reporting, and internal documentation
- Represent Nova Biomedical professionally with customers and internal stakeholders
Requirements
- Strong research and analytical skills with high attention to detail
- Comfortable working with CRM systems, spreadsheets, and large datasets
- Interest in biopharmaceutical companies, drugs, and life-science markets
- Strong organizational and administrative skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Degree in Sciences, Business, preferably Life Sciences, or equivalent combination of education and experience
