About the role
- Maintain all required HS&E training for offshore personnel.
- Be available on 24-hour call for offshore work and perform offshore service jobs.
- Identify and use all XL Systems tools, products, and services during service operations.
- Complete all paperwork upon completion of service jobs and maintain documentation.
- Prepare XL-provided equipment for return shipment to service facility, including proper pin and box PDL makeup.
- Perform service jobs independently and train Helpers to perform Representative I functions.
- Perform maintenance on XL tools and products and operate measuring tools.
- Travel globally on short notice to support offshore jobs and maintain necessary travel documentation.
- Work in adverse all-weather outdoor or manufacturing environments for extended periods.
- Perform other duties as assigned by Manager.
Requirements

- Work in adverse conditions (all-weather outdoor environments or manufacturing facilities) for extended periods.
- Use measuring tools (tape measure, calipers) and manually operate machinery levers/knobs.
- Physical stamina for walking, bending, stooping, and lifting.
