- Own the recruiting process from sourcing through close
- Build strong and strategic partnerships with Engineering
- Develop and lead creative, multi-channel recruiting strategies

- Make informed, data-driven decisions that build efficiencies into the recruiting process
Requirements
- 7+ years of engineering recruiting experience
- A track record of successfully identifying, qualifying, and closing exceptional technical talent
- outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- A team multiplier who brings a Notion-first mentality and a positive attitude
- Familiarity with Ashby and modern sourcing tools like Juicebox is a plus
