About the role
- Mentor and manage a team of People Ops Generalists
- Drive continuous improvement across onboarding, job changes, and offboarding
- Leverage technology and AI for scalable processes
- Establish audit-ready documentation and internal controls
- Research local employment laws and integrate HR processes for new locations
- Oversee lifecycle of contingent workforce program
- Collaborate with Legal, Finance, IT, and Recruiting
- Analyze trends and drive informed decision-making using people analytics
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in People Operations
- Deep knowledge of employee lifecycle management best practices and compliance requirements across multiple geographies
- Strong working knowledge of Workday (HCM)
- Strong understanding of audit requirements and experience implementing internal controls for compliance audits
- Process-driven and flexible to adapt
- Data-driven approach to decision-making
- Detail-oriented with high accuracy and ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Track record of developing and mentoring high-performing teams
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
