About the role

  • Support the Director of Alternative Revenue in shaping the commercial strategy and business plan
  • Build and maintain financial models integrating commercial assumptions, demand forecasts, supply inputs, and margin targets
  • Deliver insight that drives decision-making across product development, international pricing, product range and inventory planning
  • Develop tools to evaluate revenue potential, pricing strategies, cost-to-serve, and investment scenarios
  • Partner with Buying, Sourcing, and Product teams to evaluate product costs and ensure alignment with margin expectations
  • Build cost-to-wholesale price and MSRP tools to support pricing and profitability decisions
  • Conduct market and competitor benchmarking to identify commercial gaps and opportunities
  • Analyse sales, stock, and margin performance to inform range planning, repeat orders, markdown strategies, and end-of-life actions
  • Provide concise, actionable reporting and present insights to stakeholders across the business
  • Work closely with Finance, merchandising, motorcycle accessories, international sales and procurement teams
  • Contribute to new product development by providing early-stage financial assessments and competitive analysis
  • Act as a key point of contact for data-led insights to guide cross-functional initiatives
  • Fixed-term contract for 6 months, reporting to the Director of Alternative Revenue

Requirements

  • Experience as a Business Analyst, Commercial Analyst, or Financial Analyst in a product-led environment (e.g. automotive, apparel, lifestyle, or consumer goods)
  • Proven ability to build and maintain financial models to inform business planning
  • Strong understanding of demand/supply dynamics and commercial decision-making
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Fluency with business intelligence tools
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Commercial mindset
  • Preferred: Exposure to international pricing and market benchmarking
  • Preferred: Experience working across product development and merchandising functions
  • Preferred: Familiarity with ERP, PLM, or inventory planning systems
  • Preferred: Interest in motorcycling, apparel, or branded product categories
