About the role

  • Lead enterprise-wide transformation workstreams from strategy through execution
  • Assist in building longer-term transformation vision with stakeholders
  • Identify operating model opportunities for leadership consideration
  • Establish execution rigor through monitoring program OKRs and KPIs
  • Orchestrate decision forums and meeting cadences for clear ownership

Requirements

  • 10+ years in management consulting (MBB or Big 4) preferred
  • Experience with operating model transformation efforts
  • Experience in portfolio/project management
  • Experience in strategic/operational planning
  • Technology modernization skills
  • Experience leading complex, enterprise-wide initiatives
  • Comfortable operating in ambiguous environments
  • Strong cross-functional stakeholder management
  • Clear and concise communication skills
