About the role

  • Lead the channel management and execution for brand social, boosted, and influencer content
  • Deliver channel strategy and content for brand campaigns and initiatives
  • Responsible for managing social media channels, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Threads
  • Own always-on influencer strategy, reporting, and partnership with external agency
  • Monitor trends on social media to identify opportunities for content creation, storytelling, and community management

Requirements

  • 5+ years of relevant experience, agency or client side
  • Previous experience managing social channels for a business or agency clients
  • Strong judge of creative and knowledge of social best practices
  • Proficiency in a variety of social media tools and systems, including reporting capabilities (Hearsay, Dynamic Signal, Sprinklr or similar)
  • Financial services experience or experience in similarly regulated industries is a plus.
