About the role
- Lead the channel management and execution for brand social, boosted, and influencer content
- Deliver channel strategy and content for brand campaigns and initiatives
- Responsible for managing social media channels, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Threads
- Own always-on influencer strategy, reporting, and partnership with external agency
- Monitor trends on social media to identify opportunities for content creation, storytelling, and community management
Requirements
- 5+ years of relevant experience, agency or client side
- Previous experience managing social channels for a business or agency clients
- Strong judge of creative and knowledge of social best practices
- Proficiency in a variety of social media tools and systems, including reporting capabilities (Hearsay, Dynamic Signal, Sprinklr or similar)
- Financial services experience or experience in similarly regulated industries is a plus.
