Support Engineer

• Provide a high level of technical customer support to office-based and remote employees by phone, email, or in-person
• Triage incoming IT support request tickets by solving or distributing them as needed
• Communicate effectively with other departments to ensure timely resolution of issues
• Use metrics, reporting, and communication to help ensure service level agreements are met
• Work closely with Network, Data Architecture, and Security teams to solve acute IT issues
• Solve IT endpoint hardware and software issues in a timely and courteous manner

IT Support Analyst – Helpdesk

Human Resources

• The Human Resources Coordinator is responsible for providing support to the Human Resources department by accurately maintaining employee data within our Workday HRIS and internal record systems. This role is crucial for ensuring data integrity, supporting HR operations, and maintaining compliance with company and legal standards.
• *This is a hybrid role, working two days per week in our Irving Corporate Office.*
• Accurately enter, update, and maintain employee records in Workday and internal tracking systems, including new hires, background check status, and drug test results, ensuring data integrity and timeliness.
• Ensure completion of all onboarding documentation and pre-employment requirements (e.g., background checks, drug screenings, I-9 forms) before the employee’s start date.
• Perform regular audits of employee records to verify compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements, including I-9 verification and pre-employment screenings.
• Follow up new hires, recruiters, managers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely completion of onboarding tasks, including Form I-9 processing in Workday.
• Process and approve employee data changes such as employment status updates, compensation adjustments, one-time payments, bonuses, and payroll inputs with accuracy and timeliness.
• Upload completed agreements into Workday and follow up with relevant department to obtain and resolve any pending documentation related to employee changes or compensation.
• Monitor, track, and respond to employment verification, status changes and worker changes requests daily using the internal ticketing system (Zendesk), ensuring timely, accurate responses in compliance with company policies and privacy regulations.
• Generate and distribute standard and ad hoc HR reports from Workday for audits, compliance, and internal management use.
• Maintain strict confidentiality of all employee records and sensitive HR data, adhering to all privacy laws and internal policies.
• Collaborate with the broader HR team on special projects, system enhancements, and process improvements to support operational efficiency.
• Respond to internal HR data inquiries and proactively resolve discrepancies or inconsistencies.
• Uphold and promote NorthStar Anesthesia’s Core Values through all interactions and responsibilities.
• Key Deliverables: All employee records (new hires, job changes, terminations, etc.) are entered and updated in Workday within established SLA timelines (e.g., 24–48 hours).
• Background checks, drug screenings, and onboarding documents are completed and verified before the employee’s start date, with zero delays caused by documentation gaps.
• Active participation in process enhancement initiatives and system improvement projects with documented contributions or feedback.
• Timely closure of onboarding tasks in Workday, with consistent follow-ups to ensure all Form I-9s and required onboarding actions are completed by stakeholders.
• Prepare and report a bi-weekly data integrity report to senior management.

• Provide executive-level support to our National Chief Medical Officer, contributing to the development and execution of strategic and operational initiatives in clinical care
• Collaborate with cohort VPs of Physician Services/Regional Chief Medical Officers to educate and empower physicians, promoting clinical integration and alignment
• Work closely with our Vice President of CRNA Services and National Chief Anesthetist Officer to promote multidisciplinary approaches to clinical outcome management and safety
• Develop forward-thinking strategic plans and policies that strengthen relationships between hospitals and NorthStar Anesthesia
• Play a critical role in supporting our Business Development efforts, leading start-up teams, and ensuring seamless transitions for anesthesia services
• Facilitate effective communication among medical administration leaders, ensuring shared ownership and success of our priorities
