• The Human Resources Coordinator is responsible for providing support to the Human Resources department by accurately maintaining employee data within our Workday HRIS and internal record systems. This role is crucial for ensuring data integrity, supporting HR operations, and maintaining compliance with company and legal standards.
• *This is a hybrid role, working two days per week in our Irving Corporate Office.*
• Accurately enter, update, and maintain employee records in Workday and internal tracking systems, including new hires, background check status, and drug test results, ensuring data integrity and timeliness.
• Ensure completion of all onboarding documentation and pre-employment requirements (e.g., background checks, drug screenings, I-9 forms) before the employee’s start date.
• Perform regular audits of employee records to verify compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements, including I-9 verification and pre-employment screenings.
• Follow up new hires, recruiters, managers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely completion of onboarding tasks, including Form I-9 processing in Workday.
• Process and approve employee data changes such as employment status updates, compensation adjustments, one-time payments, bonuses, and payroll inputs with accuracy and timeliness.
• Upload completed agreements into Workday and follow up with relevant department to obtain and resolve any pending documentation related to employee changes or compensation.
