Analyst

• Perform detailed schedule, resource, work, and cost analysis for multiple programs and contracts.

• Interface with multiple functional teams, supplier teams, as well as the Program/Project Manager.
• Prepare, develop, and coordinate the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) to meet all program objectives and ensure program schedules are horizontally and vertically integrated.

Program Planning and Scheduling Analyst – Level 5

Hardware Engineer

• Support the design and development of hardware and network products, hardware product selection, procurement support, and the Hardware approval process for the C2BMC program, both Regional and Global
• Work directly with the HW Architect and BOM Manager and will be responsible for working with the Architecture Review Board (ARB), the Hardware Site Engineering Control Board (HSECB), and assigned engineering staff from all functional areas to support hardware and software selection and to compile, maintain, and coordinate Bill of Material changes with Task Order Management and Customer Representatives
• Deliver multiple CDRLs covering HW and SW reports and current design details
• Prepare the BOM for proposal pricing and ongoing hardware and software evaluation to support EOS/EOL and evolution roadmap planning
• Coordinate with the C2BMC Integrated Logistics Support Working Group (ILSWG)

Hardware Engineer, Level 3 – SE&V

• Will be paired with more experienced engineers to perform requirements engineering, use case development, logical architecture modeling, and interface definition
• Must be able to function as part of an experienced team to develop systems engineering products while adhering to program standards and processes
• Ability to ask questions to gain a better understanding, work cross-functionally with other engineering disciplines, research topics using multiple references and points of contact, work independently, and meet deadlines

Systems Engineer - Level 2, SE&V

• Lead and direct an experienced and technically diverse engineering team responsible for planning, organizing, developing and managing the engineering processes that govern system development and sustainment across the SDS program portfolio
• Accountable for assessment, consolidation, and development of common processes and trainings across all engineering disciplines in the Division.
• Manage engineering tools and applications and develop the necessary engineering support team to sustain and evolve capabilities.
• Coordinate with the broader Sector, Company, academia and industry to identify and leverage existing tools and practices and supplement as needed to provide applicable solutions to sustainably address Division requirements.
• Ensure horizontally integrated and consistent expectation, development, and assessment of skill competencies across the Engineering disciplines within the Division.
• Partner across organizations including program management, Human Resources, and Sector Engineering, to capture requirements and develop prioritized strategy to address critical skill needs.
• Define and facilitate Division technical rotation programs and SME-selection processes
• Emphasize development of processes around modern model-based methods and practices in support of a full digital engineering transformation
• Own technical review authority, process audit and process enforcement across program activities to ensure engineering integrity

• Support system requirements development, management, analysis, and traceability

Engineer

• Leads multi-disciplinary teams of GNC engineers to develop and deliver solutions that meet quality, cost, and schedule objectives.
• Supports Program Management in new business opportunities to include capture, SOW shaping, technology evaluations, authoring white papers, trade studies, process improvement, and bidding & proposals.
• Manage the baseline of new GNC efforts to include labor & non-labor planning and earned value management.

Senior Staff Guidance Navigation and Control Engineer

• Serve as the technical authority for system engineering milestones, including System Requirements Review (SRR), Preliminary Design Review (PDR), and Critical Design Review (CDR)
• Lead requirements development, decomposition and verification, use case development and analysis, system integration, configuration management, change integration, cybersecurity, EMI/EMC and System Safety
• Coordinating test planning, executing hardware and software verifications, managing data-collection efforts, analyzing results, and ensuring that technical deliverables meet performance, safety, and schedule objectives
• Write and deliver documentation, artifacts and presentations in support of program reviews and customer deliverables (CDRL)

• Develop, review, and baseline derived system requirements, architectural decompositions, and engineering estimates, explicitly addressing maintainability, reliability, usability, and scalability throughout
• Serve as the technical liaison to MDA working-level counterparts
• Provide guidance and skill-building to junior systems engineering staff, emphasizing “ilities”-focused design thinking
