Support a restricted program manufacturing, deploying, and integrating astronomical domes across multiple OCONUS sites
Provide skills, innovative technologies to develop, design, produce and sustain optimized product lines
Ensure ethical standards and facilitate a safe and respectful environment that attracts, retains, and inspires a diverse and engaged team
Operate as OneNG and remove barriers for teams

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s Degree and 8 years’ experience OR a Master’s degree and 6 years’ experience in program integration and/or program management
Active TS/SCI clearance at time of application and ability to maintain Special Program Access
Must have experience leading a team
Must have experience interfacing with General Contractors on construction projects
Must have experience with cost and schedule responsibility > $5M
Must be CAM certified, with EVMS experience
Must have experience with cost estimation for proposals, including Basis of Estimate (BOE) generation
Must have experience with Factory Acceptance Tests and Site Acceptance Tests
Must have experience managing multiple subcontractors
Must have experience in IMS development
Available for travel up to 50%, with OCONUS assignments as long as 4 weeks
Experience with civils, facility design, and property handover process per USG (DD 1354) and DD250 system handover procedure
