About the role
- Responsible for project planning and reporting, budgeting, and forecasting of CIDO SDS customer capital projects and APAC region support.
- Business management functions including but not limited to financial forecasting, budget versus actuals, monthly reporting, etc.
- Provide financial business analysis and reporting with the ability to clearly communicate with senior management.
- Develop business strategy and forecasting, through internal or external deliverables such as the Monthly IF and the Forward Pricing Rate Process.
- Manage reporting and coordinate monthly rhythm with appropriate stakeholders.
- Provide accurate, timely, and supported inputs supporting financial forecasting and profitability determination.
- Ensure adequate funding availability by maintaining accurate records, monitoring requirements, and overall cost management.
- Partners with Corporate Accounting, Global Supply Chain and Accounts Payable to ensure accurate PO Line-Item funding, ADR's, Invoice Payments, Monthly Accruals, and amortization of prepaids.
- Utilizes S/4, S4i, and Cognos to perform costing functions in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles, corporate policies and procedures, disclosure statements, and government regulations, including CAS.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business or related field with at least 5 years relevant experience
- Basic understanding of financial statements and allocations
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
- Experience with IWO, S/4 and Cognos financial software
- Effective communication style (written and spoken) that supports a clear understanding of topic
- Applicant must have excellent verbal and written communication skills and organizational skills
- Should be proficient at multi-tasking
- U.S. Citizenship is required for all positions with a government clearance and certain other restricted positions.
