Teach undergraduate courses in one or more of specified fields in Sociology and Anthropology (e.g., Introduction to Sociology, Introduction to Cultural Anthropology, Drugs and Society, Sociology of Mental Health, Gender, Poverty, Urban Sociology, Race and Ethnicity, Social Movements, Sociology of the Family, Disability, Work and Organizations, Anthropology of Latin America, Anthropology of Native North America)
Deliver lectures, develop assignments, grade assignments, and hold appropriate office hours
Teach on-ground on the Boston campus or online asynchronously
Positions available throughout the year contingent upon enrollment and departmental need
Requirements
M.A. required
Ph.D. or A.B.D. preferred
Preference will be given to persons experienced in teaching large and diverse groups of students
Applicants must be able to maintain valid work authorization in the United States throughout the entire appointment without Northeastern University’s sponsorship for a visa
