Financial Planning and Analysis

• Conducting post-award financial management and oversight of awards within the assigned portfolio
• Reviewing and approving/rejecting transactions in Workday or Concur
• Ensuring reporting deadlines are met
• Completing timely award closeout activities
• Performing account reconciliations with varying ranges of complexities
• Preparing financial reports using appropriate internal, federal, or other sponsor-prescribed templates
• Engaging in meetings, trainings, or other activities to provide customer service and support

• Responsible for administrative, communications, logistical, and programmatic elements of the project

• Develop and maintain databases for tracking individuals and organizations engaged in the project
