Executive Assistant

• Provide professional administrative, budgeting, research, writing, and editorial support for the Vice President and senior leaders
• Manage the Vice President’s calendar, screen calls, schedule meetings, and organize business travel
• Draft correspondence, briefings, memos, and other documents, and proofread documents when requested
• Prepare itinerary and event information
• Track the community benefits program, including processing all invoices
• Assist with managing operational budget of the Department
• Assist in maintaining department website and social media networks
• Attend off-hour meetings and events, including Community Task Force meetings
• Plan, manage, and execute event logistics, timelines, and budgets
• Collaborate with local organizations and community partners
• Assist the Vice President and senior leaders on community and research projects as they arise
