About the role
- Provides escrow services for residential and commercial resale, new construction, refinance, relocation and timeshare transactions
- Supports real estate transactions with administrative and support duties
- Performs centralized clerical processing of documents for initiation and closing of escrows
- Communicates information and instructions to branch offices
- Follows standard procedures and guidelines
- Recognizes and resolves typical problems; selects established solutions
- Communicates moderately complex information in routine situations
- Works under general supervision and manages own workload
- Performs other duties as assigned by management
Requirements
- High school diploma required
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Typically requires 2+ years of related work experience
- Ability to follow standard procedures and guidelines
- Works under general supervision; individual contributor
- Limited to no interaction with customers
