• Provides escrow services for residential and commercial resale, new construction, refinance, relocation and timeshare transactions
• Supports real estate transactions with administrative and support duties
• Performs centralized clerical processing of documents for initiation and closing of escrows
• Communicates information and instructions to branch offices
• Follows standard procedures and guidelines
• Recognizes and resolves typical problems; selects established solutions
• Communicates moderately complex information in routine situations
• Works under general supervision and manages own workload
