About the role
- Set clear sales goals, provide ongoing coaching and mentorship, conduct performance reviews.
- Recruit, interview, and select talented sales professionals.
- Train new hires on products, services, sales processes, and company policies.
- Prospect and sell alongside the team, demonstrating effective sales techniques.
- Proactively generate new payment processing business through internal and self-sourced leads.
- Negotiate contract terms, establish pricing, and ensure successful activation of new merchant accounts.
- Consistently meet and exceed assigned revenue quotas and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Requirements
- High School diploma required; Bachelor's Degree or equivalent preferred.
- Management experience within the Payments industry.
- 3+ years of Payments Sales experience in a self-prospecting role.
