About the role
- Collect, consolidate, and update monthly and quarterly performance data
- Manage performance tracking dashboards and ensure consistency of shared data
- Access affiliate platforms and report key KPIs (Clicks, FTDs, RevShare, etc.)
- Assist in setting up campaigns with partners (creatives, logos, wording, tracking)
- Monitor ongoing campaigns and ensure all affiliate materials are working correctly (links, landing pages, promo codes, etc.)
- Contribute to post-campaign analysis and suggest optimization opportunities
- Regularly update market studies (BE, CH, AFR, FR) and track competitor activities
- Adapt marketing materials based on local regulations and market specifics
- Support the planning and execution of one-off marketing projects
- Update and organize internal documents (databases, shared files)
- Collaborate with SEO, product, and content teams to streamline production
Requirements
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and autonomy
- Comfort with numbers and reporting tools
- Proficiency with office tools (Google Sheets, Excel, Notion, etc.)
- Professional level in English (written and spoken)
