About the role
- Deliver content focused and aligned with user intent
- Build a team and develop the tools and processes needed for content production
- Provide ongoing training and mentorship to the content team to foster quality and innovation
- Develop KPIs and metrics to evaluate team performance; conduct regular reviews and give feedback
- Streamline the content production process and ensure smooth communication between teams and departments
- Gather feedback from content managers to identify process optimization areas
- Collaborate with Market Managers to align content priorities with business goals and audience needs
- Prioritize high-impact keywords and content based on market insights
- Work with transversal teams to set and adapt each website's strategy
- Monitor content metrics to optimize engagement and conversions
- Create clear content briefs with goals, keywords, and audience insights
- Establish timelines, deliverables, and quality standards; set deadlines and expectations
- Develop content strategy for new assets with a clear calendar aligned with business goals
- Prepare and share guidelines with Content Managers, including Facts-Checking & Accuracy
- Ensure consistent tone, style, and formatting across content to meet brand standards
- Optimize internal linking structure to guide users and boost SEO performance
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in a similar content management role within the iGaming business (sports betting and online casino) - mandatory
- Native in Spanish coupled with strong writing skills
- Proficient in English (used for internal communication)
- Commercially driven with strong understanding of what kind of content converts - mandatory
- Data-driven mindset, analytical, and results-oriented
- Strong team and leadership skills
- Solid experience in content writing for SEO purposes
- Knowledge of content-related tools, WordPress, Ahrefs, Clarity
