About the role
- Hands-on Head of Content role managing day-to-day content production and workflows
- Build a team and develop tools, processes and training for content delivery
- Provide ongoing training and mentorship to the content team
- Develop KPIs and metrics to evaluate team performance and productivity and conduct reviews
- Streamline content production process and ensure smooth communication between teams and departments
- Gather feedback from content managers to identify process optimizations
- Collaborate with Market Managers and SEO managers to align content priorities with business goals
- Prioritise high-impact keywords and content based on market and business insights
- Track content performance metrics to optimise for engagement and conversions
- Create clear content briefs with goals, keywords, and audience insights
- Set deadlines, deliverables and quality standards for smooth workflows
- Develop content strategy and calendar for new assets aligned with business goals
- Prepare and share guidelines to ensure content meets briefs, adheres to SEO and includes fact-checking and accuracy
- Ensure consistent tone, style, and formatting across content and brand standards
- Optimise internal linking structure to guide users and boost SEO performance
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in a similar content management role within the iGaming business (sports betting and online casino)
- Native in French with strong writing skills
- Proficient in English (used for internal communication)
- Business driven with strong understanding of what kind of content converts
- Strong on-page SEO knowledge and practical experience
- Ability to build and manage a content development strategy
- Proven experience in organisational and project management roles
- Data-driven mindset, analytical, and results-oriented
- Strong team and leadership skills
- Solid experience in content writing for SEO purposes
- Knowledge of content-related tools: WordPress, Ahrefs, Clarity
