Develop and execute a content strategy aligned with short- and long-term marketing goals
Plan, create, and optimize impactful content for every stage of the marketing funnel (awareness, consideration, conversion), including blogs, newsletters, webinars, whitepapers, ad copy, and more
Write, proofread, edit, and publish website content, ensuring alignment with brand voice and SEO/GEO best practices
Plan and execute email nurturing campaigns to engage leads, support customer retention, and drive conversions
Collaborate with internal creative teams (video, graphic design) and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver high-quality, integrated marketing campaigns (online and offline)
Conduct keyword and SEO research to inform content creation and campaign optimization
Oversee and coordinate with retained digital marketing agencies
Monitor industry trends, identify timely topics, and generate creative campaign ideas
Track and analyze KPIs for content, SEO, SEA, and GEO, optimizing campaigns for maximum impact
Continuously improve content marketing processes and ways of working
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, or related field
3-5+ years of experience in content strategy, digital marketing, or editorial roles
Proven track record of creating and managing content across channels (e.g., website, social media, email, blogs, video)
Ability to understand highly technical materials and translating them into customer-centric messaging
Familiarity with SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Search Console)
Experience publishing and optimizing content using WordPress is strongly preferred
B2B tech experience, particularly in automation/robotics is strongly preferred
An analytical mind and strong problem-solving ability
Travel up to 25%, inclusive of a training period at Exotec's global headquarters in France and ongoing domestic/international travel to client sites across North America
