About the role
- Responsible for launching new programs and managing existing programs
- Coordinate engineering and process changes
- Interface with functional departments and stakeholders for program success
- Serve as the main point of contact for customers regarding status and problem resolution
- Ensure compliance with cost, schedule, and technical requirements
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering with 5+ years of experience in military electronics and/or electrical component engineering design, development and manufacturing.
- Experience in managing programs for military and aerospace customers
- Effective communication and leadership skills.
- Excellent analysis and problem-solving ability.
- Thorough understanding of program management techniques and methods.
- Must be a U.S. citizen and able to provide documentation upon hire.
