• As a dynamic and results-oriented City Sales Director, you will be instrumental in maintaining and enhancing relationships with our valued customers while driving sales growth in the Greater Nashville Metro Area.
• You will be responsible for promoting our comprehensive product line including residential and commercial doors, moldings, stairs and related products to Contractor/Retail customers.
• Demonstrate exceptional communication skills, meticulous attention to detail, and a genuine passion for surpassing customer expectations.

• Develop an effective plan annually to grow sales in the territory and execute that plan.
• Take direct responsibility for all customers in an assigned territory through in-person contact.
• Provide comprehensive training to customers that will include product knowledge.
• Pursue and participate in lumberyard sales events and dealer functions.
• Visit all accounts on a consistent basis.
• Develop and build relationships with existing and new customers.
• Excellent communicator and presenter.
• Estimate or quote prices, credit or contract terms, warranties, and delivery dates.
• Consult with customer after the sale to ensure ongoing customer satisfaction.
