Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred).
10+ years of progressive healthcare IT leadership experience.
Demonstrated experience supporting anesthesia compensation models and productivity analytics.
Experience with hospital contracting and multisite operations preferred.
Deep understanding of anesthesia workflow and perioperative throughput.
Strong financial acumen.
Executive presence and stakeholder influence.
Change management expertise.
Advanced analytics and business intelligence strategy.
