About the role
- Support end-to-end recruitment and people resourcing activities, including candidate coordination and administration
- Assist in Compensation & Benefits processes, data collection, reporting, and system updates
- Support Learning & Development initiatives such as training coordination, learning administration, and content organization
- Maintain and update HR data in HR systems and databases
- Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and HR-related documentation
- Provide administrative and operational support to HR business partners and global HR teams
Requirements
- Ongoing HR, Economics, Psychology, Business Administration or related full-time studies (University or College)
- Strong interest in HR processes and people-related topics
- Confident English communication skills (written and verbal)
- Commitment to work with Hydro for at least 12 months
- Availability of minimum 20 hours/week
