About the role
- Participate in the continuous improvement of HR processes to ensure efficiency and compliance with quality standards
- Manage the drafting of job advertisements and oversee the full recruitment process — from candidate selection to hire
- Organize the onboarding process for new employees and implement measures to reduce absenteeism
- Manage conflicts and conduct negotiations with employee representatives and labor unions
- Serve as backup for the payroll function and contribute to specific projects, such as introducing new compensation systems
Requirements
- Degree in Human Resources or a related field
- Proven experience in an HR role, preferably in an industrial/manufacturing environment
- Excellent knowledge of Belgian labor law and experience working with employee representatives/labor unions
- Strong communication skills, organizational ability, and autonomy
- Fluency in French and German; good command of English
