About the role

  • With your expertise, you contribute to the further development of efficient, quality-focused HR processes.
  • You ensure the updating and maintenance of job descriptions and work regulations, applying your experience in structured process design.
  • You are responsible for creating job postings and managing the entire recruitment process – from candidate selection to hiring.
  • You design the onboarding process for new employees and develop measures to reduce absenteeism due to illness.
  • In collaboration with social partners, you take on conflict management and conduct negotiations with confidence.
  • You provide backup support for payroll and are responsible for ad-hoc analyses.

Requirements

  • A completed degree in Human Resources
  • Several years of professional experience in HR, ideally in an industrial environment
  • Solid knowledge of Belgian labor law and experience working with social partners
  • Strong communication skills, organizational talent, and a high degree of personal responsibility
  • Fluent in German and French, with good command of English
