About the role

  • Maintain all packaging customers within designated territory with aim to grow revenue year on year as per the company guidelines & expectations
  • Increase system population through pro-active value selling activities within new, existing & competitive accounts
  • Work to recapitalize existing Nordson installed base through pro-active focus on customers with inefficient & obsolete equipment
  • Introduce, promote & up-sell latest range of Nordson equipment to all customers
  • Develop Aftermarket business with aim to grow spare parts revenue stream including maintenance contracts, training & engineering work
  • Gain firm knowledge of territory through courtesy calls & liaison with Engineering team
  • Generate strong working relationships with adhesive suppliers & transfer knowledge

Requirements

  • Good all round education with knowledge of engineering, sales & marketing
  • Strong commercial & sales skills with ability to communicate with customers at all levels
  • Valid clean driving license
  • Professional Danish and English language skills are mandatory
  • Capable of working independently using own initiative
  • Ability to be flexible in day to day duties & willing to stay away overnight where required
