About the role
- Utilize solid business acumen to partner with management for recruiting and retention.
- Support senior leadership to maximize HR capabilities and enable school performance.
- Ensure compliance with Nord Anglia Education policies and federal/state regulations.
- Coordinate workforce planning and lead recruitment processes.
- Drive performance management processes at the school level.
- Coordinate talent mapping and succession processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience as an HR Manager or HR Business Partner.
- In-depth knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices.
- Experience in Colombian legislation a must.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word).
- Exceptional cross-cultural, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Advanced analytical skills to measure, report, and interpret data.
