About the role

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience as an HR Manager or HR Business Partner.
  • In-depth knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices.
  • Experience in Colombian legislation a must.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word).
  • Exceptional cross-cultural, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Advanced analytical skills to measure, report, and interpret data.
