About the role
- Act as the lead HR partner to school Principals and leadership teams across three UK campuses (currently in Oxford and Brighton)
- Champion HR excellence across the full employee lifecycle
- Line manage and develop a team of UK-based HR professionals
- Ensure compliance with UK employment legislation
- Represent the UK cluster in regional and global HR networks
- Use people data and insights to support informed decision-making
Requirements
- Significant experience as a senior HR generalist or HR business partner in a complex, multi-site organisation
- A deep working knowledge of UK employment law, casework, and compliance frameworks (essential)
- Experience leading HR teams and developing people capability
- A collaborative mindset and the ability to influence senior stakeholders with credibility and clarity
- Comfort with ambiguity, pace, and evolving organisational needs
- A passion for inclusive, values-driven leadership – and for helping others grow
- Experience in the international education sector is a plus but not essential.
