About the role

  • Supporting and managing core human resource functions including recruitment, employee relations, HR administration, and compliance with employment laws and best practices
  • Draft job adverts and create job descriptions
  • Review job applications (CVs, cover letters, and application forms) and shortlist suitable candidates
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews for shortlisted candidates
  • Issue employment contracts and send out job offers
  • Maintain, update, and audit employee personal data
  • Monitor and collect time and attendance records using HR software
  • Implement disciplinary actions when necessary
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and workplace regulations
  • Produce and submit reports on HR activities
  • Schedule HR meetings and events and maintain agendas
  • Assist in performance management processes
  • Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems
  • Stay up to date with HR trends and best practices

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business, or a related field
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Human Resources, especially recruitment
  • Fluency in English
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information professionally
  • Knowledge of employment law and HR best practices
  • Proficiency in HR software and digital record-keeping systems
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
  • Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
