About the role
- Oversee and manage implementation and execution of safety policies
- Ensure compliance with OSHA and other safety regulations
- Supervise, mentor, and develop department staff
- Implement training programs to maintain compliance
- Investigate incidents and lead corrective action plans
- Conduct field visits and site inspections
Requirements
- 5+ years of progressive HS&E experience
- 1 year in leadership role in high-hazard construction
- OSHA 30 required
- OSHA 500 preferred
- CHST, CHSO or similar certifications strongly preferred
- Strong understanding of construction HS&E standards
- Proficiency in computer-based programs (e.g., Word, Excel, SharePoint)
