💰 $115,000 - $140,000 per year
About the role
- Supervise, mentor, and develop department staff
- Establish departmental KPIs and ensure team accountability
- Serve as the primary safety leader in the region
- Implement policies, procedures, and training programs for compliance
- Investigate incidents, near misses, and safety complaints
- Conduct field visits and site inspections
Requirements
- 5+ years of progressive HS&E experience, with at least 1 year in leadership role in high-hazard construction
- OSHA 30 required
- OSHA 500 preferred
- CHST, CHSO or similar safety certifications strongly preferred
- Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record
- Proficiency in computer-based programs (e.g., Word, Excel, SharePoint)
