💰 $135,000 - $165,000 per year
About the role
- Own and evolve our quote-to-sign / deal approval processes across new business, expansions, and renewals
- Run the day-to-day deal desk: validate pricing and structure, generate/QA order forms, manage and coordinate signature workflows, and resolve issues quickly
- Support contract review and negotiation for commercial and operational terms, partnering closely with Legal on non-standard language
- Serve as a trusted advisor to Sales and CS reps on how to structure deals that balance customer needs, Nooks’ economics, and operational simplicity
- Enforce and refine approval matrices for pricing, discounts, packaging, and non-standard terms; ensure approvals are documented and auditable
- Partner with Product Marketing, Finance, and RevOps to launch new products, price books, and packaging into our GTM systems and processes
- Ensure Sales and CS teams operate within clear rules of engagement and set accurate expectations with customers on commercials and delivery
- Be the expert on our end-to-end revenue process from quote through handoff to Finance/CS; proactively flag issues and upstream fixes
- Engage directly with customers when needed to unblock or accelerate deals
- Maintain high data quality: ensure order form and contract data are accurate and synced across HubSpot, CPQ (Dealhub), billing, and any future CLM
- Lead ongoing and month-end audit / quality checks on deals to support accurate reporting and revenue recognition
- Track, analyze, and publish deal and pricing insights (e.g., discounting trends, cycle time, exception rates) to inform GTM and pricing strategy
- Lead and/or contribute to cross-functional projects to mature our commercial infrastructure, such as:
- Optimizing CPQ and e-signature workflows
- Evaluating and rolling out a CLM solution
- Rebooting our cross-functional deal approval and exceptions process
- Centralizing and simplifying templates, playbooks, and clause libraries in partnership with Legal
- Manage customer vendor setup requirements, including business information submissions, banking details, and vendor registrations needed to onboard Nooks into customer procurement systems
- Coordinate inbound infosec questionnaire requests, triaging and assigning to appropriate internal stakeholders and tracking through to completion
Requirements
- 4+ years of relevant experience in Deal Desk, Revenue Operations, or commercial operations in a B2B SaaS environment
- Hands-on experience managing quote, order form, and contract workflows (new business and expansion)
- Strong proficiency with CRM and spreadsheets (HubSpot or Salesforce; Excel/Sheets); experience with CPQ, CLM, or billing tools is a plus
- High bar for accuracy and detail; you are known for clean contracts, reliable data, and clear documentation
- Ability to operate in a fast-moving environment, triage inbound requests, and balance urgent tickets with longer-term projects
- Strong commercial intuition: you understand SaaS economics, discounting, and standard commercial terms, and can spot edge cases quickly
- Empathy for reps and a service mindset, coupled with the backbone to uphold guardrails and say no when needed
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills; you are comfortable working directly with Sales, CS, Legal, and Finance leaders
- Comfort building and improving processes from 0 to 1 and 1 to N in a scaling company.
