About the role
- Selling mutual funds, separately managed accounts, ETFs and Private Market Solutions to the broker-dealer community
- Consulting and advising with financial advisors to provide them with value-added strategies to increase growth of their practice
- Expanding and deepening relationships with financial advisors to meet or exceed sales targets, retain existing assets, cross-sell and grow AUM
- Liaising between the financial advisor and the Nomura home office
- Maintaining CRM database with accurate and up-to-date activity, sales pipeline, and advisor information
Requirements
- CAIA, CIMA, CFP, CFA or other industry designations preferred
- Clean U-4, clean compliance record required
- Extensive external wholesaling experience in the open territory with a proven track record of sales and territory growth
- Currently resides in the territory, optimally located to cover the entire territory effectively and efficiently
- Deep existing relationships with advisors and centers of influence with relevant Wire and Independent advisors
- Series 7 and 66 (or 7, 63 and 65) licenses required
