About the role

  • Selling mutual funds, separately managed accounts, ETFs and Private Market Solutions to the broker-dealer community
  • Consulting and advising with financial advisors to provide them with value-added strategies to increase growth of their practice
  • Expanding and deepening relationships with financial advisors to meet or exceed sales targets, retain existing assets, cross-sell and grow AUM
  • Liaising between the financial advisor and the Nomura home office
  • Maintaining CRM database with accurate and up-to-date activity, sales pipeline, and advisor information

Requirements

  • CAIA, CIMA, CFP, CFA or other industry designations preferred
  • Clean U-4, clean compliance record required
  • Extensive external wholesaling experience in the open territory with a proven track record of sales and territory growth
  • Currently resides in the territory, optimally located to cover the entire territory effectively and efficiently
  • Deep existing relationships with advisors and centers of influence with relevant Wire and Independent advisors
  • Series 7 and 66 (or 7, 63 and 65) licenses required
