About the role

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies targeting TPAs, brokers, and consultants.
  • Build and maintain executive-level relationships with key decision-makers in the healthcare benefits ecosystem.
  • Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive activity to identify growth opportunities.
  • Partner cross-functionally with marketing, product, legal, and customer success to align on strategy and client delivery.
  • Drive complex negotiations and close high-value deals that advance both client and company goals.
  • Represent Nomi at client meetings, conferences, and industry events.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of progressive sales experience in healthcare, benefits, or fintech, including 3+ years in leadership roles.
  • Deep understanding of TPA operations, broker networks, and the healthcare benefits ecosystem.
  • Proven success in leading and scaling sales teams while consistently exceeding revenue goals.
  • Experience selling complex solutions such as healthcare analytics, PBM or network contracting.
  • Strong executive communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
