Salary
💰 $75,000 - $90,000 per year
About the role
- Own organic social strategy and execution across a portfolio of clients spanning health tech, enterprise software, and other categories
- Manage posting and scheduling across client channels, keeping calendars tight and approvals moving without letting anything slip
- Develop monthly content concepts and brief creators and designers to bring them to life, driving the work from idea through delivery while maintaining a high bar for quality
- Write and concept across formats and brand voices: captions, carousels, executive posts, scripts, long-form threads, and whatever the platform demands
- Track the cultural conversation in each client's category and use it to inform content that builds relevance with the right audiences
- Translate technical and research-heavy subject matter into social content that earns attention without losing the substance
- Report on content performance on a regular basis, pulling insights and learnings that actually shape what comes next
- Adapt strategy and voice across clients with meaningfully different brand personalities and audience expectations
- Conduct ongoing platform and audience research to keep strategy grounded in how people actually behave
- Pluck out data-points from larger research and translate them into creative design briefs for social-first data visualization
Requirements
- 2 to 4 years of experience managing brand social media channels, with work that shows both strategic thinking and executional range
- Deep working knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X, and LinkedIn, including how each platform's algorithm, format, and culture actually differs
- Strong writing skills across brand voices and formats, with a demonstrated ability to translate complex or technical concepts into platform-native, social-first content
- Experience building and executing organic social strategy for brands
- Strong concepting skills: you can generate ideas, pressure-test them, articulate them clearly and see them through to execution with a creative team
- A sharp sense of cultural relevance and an understanding of how to build brand affinity with specific audiences over time
- Comfort with deep research as a core part of your day-to-day writing process
- Familiarity with AI tools for content and research workflows, or a genuine interest in learning how to use them effectively
- Strong project management skills: Experience managing multiple clients or accounts simultaneously without dropping the thread on any of them
- Reddit or Substack experience is a significant plus: it signals you understand community-native writing and long-form audience trust
- Video content creation experience is a plus, though writing and strategy come first.
