About the role

  • Achieve annual sales goals with key targets in an assigned territory.\n
  • Utilize the tools and training provided by Noah Medical to accelerate sales with key targets within the territory.\n
  • Develop clinical champions strongly aligned to the clinical value propositions of the Galaxy system.\n
  • Develop executive champions with strong alignment to the strategic and economic value propositions of the Galaxy system\n
  • Build and close the capital pipeline through consistent execution of the Noah Medical sales process.\n
  • Effectively drive market awareness and generate demand for the Galaxy System within assigned sales territory.\n
  • Manage and accelerate the complex hospital sales process from initial engagement through contract signature.\n
  • Facilitate the post-installation customer handoff to the clinical sales team.\n
  • Contribute to Noah Medical\'s culture of collaboration by developing, implementing and sharing best practices across the sales organization.\n
  • Collaborate with multiple internal stakeholders including but not limited to: Clinical Sales, Marketing, Product Management, Clinical Engineering, Contracting, Field Service\n
  • Develop and partner with KOLs to reinforce the Galaxy system clinical, economic and strategic value propositions.\n
  • Maintain up to date information for opportunities and accounts utilizing Salesforce CRM

Requirements

  • Bachelor\'s degree\n
  • Minimum of 5 years medical device sales experience.\n
  • Minimum of 1-3 years experience selling capital or medical devices into the C-Suite.\n
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.\n
  • Strong organization skills with the ability to manage multiple projects/sales processes simultaneously.\n
  • Familiarity managing a sales pipeline with the aid of a CRM.\n
  • Comfort traveling approximately 70% of the time.\n
  • Possession of a valid driver\'s license and the ability to successfully pass a check of a driver\'s record.
