• Du überzeugst kardiologische Arztpraxen von unseren innovativen Lösungen – von der ersten Kontaktaufnahme bis hin zum Vertragsabschluss.
• Du baust starke, vertrauensvolle Kundenbeziehungen auf und sorgst dafür, dass unsere Kunden nicht nur zufrieden sind, sondern unsere Plattform intensiv nutzen.
• Du identifizierst strategische Partner und nutzt dein Netzwerk, um Kontakte zu wichtigen Meinungsführern in der Branche zu knüpfen.
• Ein großer Teil deiner Arbeit wird im Außendienst stattfinden – also viel unterwegs und direkt bei unseren Neukunden und Kunden.
• Als Regional Manager West bist du maßgeblich für unseren Vertrieb im Großraum NRW zuständig.

• Maintenance, structuring and further development of our CRM system (HubSpot)
• Building and optimizing workflows and automations
• Creating reports, analyses and dashboards to support data-driven decisions
• Preparing and following up on quotes and proposals, and providing operational support to our Account Executives
• Documenting and continuously improving internal processes
• Coordinating and owning projects as well as supporting cross-functional ad hoc topics
• Supporting our Sales Managers in day-to-day operations
• Depending on experience: supporting recruiting or performing organizational and administrative tasks

Commercial Operations Manager

• You convince medical practices and hospitals of our innovative solutions — from the first contact through to contract signing.
• You build strong, trust-based customer relationships and ensure our customers are not only satisfied but actively using our platform.
• You identify strategic partners and leverage your network to connect with key opinion leaders in the industry.
• A large part of your role will be field-based — spending significant time on the road and meeting customers in person.
• As Regional Manager East, you will be primarily responsible for sales in, among other areas, Berlin, Brandenburg, Saxony and Saxony-Anhalt.
