About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • You convince medical practices and hospitals of our innovative solutions — from the first contact through to contract signing.
  • You build strong, trust-based customer relationships and ensure our customers are not only satisfied but actively using our platform.
  • You identify strategic partners and leverage your network to connect with key opinion leaders in the industry.
  • A large part of your role will be field-based — spending significant time on the road and meeting customers in person.
  • As Regional Manager East, you will be primarily responsible for sales in, among other areas, Berlin, Brandenburg, Saxony and Saxony-Anhalt.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • You have a passion for sales!
  • Ideally, you have already gained some experience.
  • You enjoy interacting with people and present yourself confidently and amiably.
  • Experience in the German healthcare system is an advantage.
  • You have completed vocational training or hold a university degree.
  • Nice-to-haves that would impress us: deep knowledge in cardiology, particularly heart failure.
  • An existing network in cardiology and contacts with cardiologists.
