About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Maintenance, structuring and further development of our CRM system (HubSpot)
- Building and optimizing workflows and automations
- Creating reports, analyses and dashboards to support data-driven decisions
- Preparing and following up on quotes and proposals, and providing operational support to our Account Executives
- Documenting and continuously improving internal processes
- Coordinating and owning projects as well as supporting cross-functional ad hoc topics
- Supporting our Sales Managers in day-to-day operations
- Depending on experience: supporting recruiting or performing organizational and administrative tasks
Requirements
What you’ll need- A structured, independent and solution-oriented working style
- Extensive experience with CRM systems and digital tools
- A willingness to challenge processes and make them more efficient
- Strong organizational skills and a high standard of quality
- Confident handling of data, spreadsheets and reporting
- Strong communication skills and the ability to support and coordinate different teams
- Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken.
