About the role

  • This is a remote position where ATW builds Zoho-based solutions for SMBs
  • You’ll work hands-on with Zoho Deluge scripting, build custom workflows, help integrate APIs, and contribute to client-focused business automation
  • Assist in developing, testing, and maintaining Zoho Deluge scripts
  • Customize and extend Zoho CRM, Creator, Books, Projects, and Analytics solutions
  • Support API integrations between Zoho and third-party services
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and collaborate with the lead developer to resolve them
  • Document workflows, integration processes, and relevant code snippets
  • Stay updated on new Zoho features and best practices

Requirements

  • Basic programming knowledge (JavaScript, Python, or similar)
  • Understanding of APIs and JSON data handling
  • Problem-solving and debugging abilities
  • Eagerness to learn Zoho Deluge scripting quickly
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow technical direction
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Experience with Zoho CRM, Creator, Books, Projects, or Analytics
  • Prior exposure to Zoho Deluge scripting
  • Familiarity with SQL, database structures, and queries
  • Knowledge of automation tools like Zapier or Make (Integromat)
  • API integration experience with third-party platforms
  • Familiarity with Git/GitHub for version control
