Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives) to drive transparency, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Develop, maintain, and communicate Scrum artifacts, including product backlogs, sprint backlogs, release plans, and burndown metrics.
Remove obstacles, blockers, and distractions that hinder delivery, escalating when necessary to maintain momentum.
Coach and mentor Scrum team members and stakeholders in Agile frameworks, ensuring consistent adoption of best practices within a federal environment.
Gather, document, and validate business and system requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria to accurately represent mission and technical needs.
Collaborate with Product Owners, technical leads, and stakeholders to refine backlog items and prioritize delivery based on mission impact.
Maintain accurate records of application modifications, configuration changes, and release documentation.
Support compliance with federal security, governance, and documentation requirements, ensuring deliverables align with agency standards (e.g., FedRAMP, NIST, FISMA as applicable).
Serve as a liaison between technical teams, business users, and program stakeholders to ensure clear communication and alignment.
