Requirements
- 3+ years of experience supporting Department of Defense (DoD) programs
- 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, serving as a servant leader, facilitating Agile practices and ceremonies, removing team impediments, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration
- Experience as an Agile project manager, serving multiple teams and providing tasking and prioritization
- Experience with Agile tools, including Jira, ServiceNow, or Azure DevOps
- Knowledge of Agile and Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) principles
- Ability to perform Scrum duties, including backlog grooming, sprint planning, standups, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and program increment (PI) planning
- Ability to support the Product Owner with maintaining and executing against product backlogs
- Secret clearance
- Bachelor's degree
- Scrum Master Certification such as Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or SAFe Scrum Master (SSM) Certification
