About the role
- Analyze and tell a story from large volumes of complex data using appropriate tools and data analysis techniques
- Define, measure, and monitor KPIs, with a focus on experimentation and incremental improvements
- Build dashboards and self-service analytical tools that enable non analysts to explore data independently
- Develop new dashboards and maintain existing reporting suites to ensure quality, accuracy, and alignment with evolving business requirements
- Support strategic planning by building analytical models to forecast different operational scenarios and assess business impact
- Interface with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, prepare reports, and track performance metrics
- Undertake strategic finance and analytics projects aimed at improving overall company performance
- Support ad-hoc reporting, analysis, and data troubleshooting requests as required
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in Data Analytics role with demonstrated ownership of end-to-end analytics initiatives
- Strong proficiency in Python, SQL, and MS Excel; experience with MongoDB queries is a plus
- Experience working with BI and visualization tools such as Metabase or Tableau
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to identify trends, derive insights, and propose data-driven solutions
- Experience in creating interactive dashboards and clear, intuitive data visualizations
- Well-organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
- Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams and functions
- Comfortable presenting insights and findings to diverse audiences, including senior management and non-technical stakeholders
