Requirements
- Demonstrate entrepreneurial mindset and effectiveness across Nium’s market leading propositions (financial services, travel, platform)
- Identify, secure, and manage relationships with clients across Americas; negotiate value to clients
- Track record of beating performance, generating sales leads, negotiating, and closing deals; meet targets
- Generate revenue from clients; achieve targets on flows, revenues, profitability
- Business development and consultative selling with results-orientation to meet financial and customer satisfaction goals
- Pro-actively hunt opportunities; build relationships with key players; map accounts; influence decision-makers; close deals
- 15+ years proven track record (from sourcing to go-live) in selling payment solutions to financial institutions, travel and platform clients
- Strong track record of outperforming commercial targets
- Ability to independently source deals in regional banks and create healthy sales pipeline
- Commercially focused and pragmatic; identify opportunities and propose solutions
