Requirements

  • Demonstrate entrepreneurial mindset and effectiveness across Nium’s market leading propositions (financial services, travel, platform)
  • Identify, secure, and manage relationships with clients across Americas; negotiate value to clients
  • Track record of beating performance, generating sales leads, negotiating, and closing deals; meet targets
  • Generate revenue from clients; achieve targets on flows, revenues, profitability
  • Business development and consultative selling with results-orientation to meet financial and customer satisfaction goals
  • Pro-actively hunt opportunities; build relationships with key players; map accounts; influence decision-makers; close deals
  • 15+ years proven track record (from sourcing to go-live) in selling payment solutions to financial institutions, travel and platform clients
  • Strong track record of outperforming commercial targets
  • Ability to independently source deals in regional banks and create healthy sales pipeline
  • Commercially focused and pragmatic; identify opportunities and propose solutions
  • Empathetic approach; problem-solver for customers
