About the role

  • Your main focus will be to renew contracts from existing clients.
  • Create and enforce plans that will help meet the needs of customers.
  • Build long-term relationships with clients and customers.
  • Address and resolve customer issues.
  • Notify the sales team of new sales and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Become familiar with the competition to stay ahead of them.
  • Encourage high-sales and good customer service practices.

Requirements

  • Fluency in English & Dutch is essential (French is a nice to have).
  • Passionate about sales and offering clients the best possible solution for their business.
  • 0-1 years of experience in sales (internship experience or a background in retail/hospitality is a great plus!).
  • A problem solver with a pro-active mindset.
  • You are a team player and want to work in an international environment.
